Oppa Gingham Style! Did you see what I did there, who remembers that song from Psy?Gingham is everywhere! How can it not be its such a great print! You can get Gingham in skirts, dresses, shorts, pants, and all different styles of tops. And most likely it comes in your favorite color. Other than the traditional black and white I’ve seen gingham in navy, red, pink, teal, or yellow to name a few.
LOOK 1
For this outfit, I wanted to keep it casual and go for that all blue look. Wearing the same color tone is quite popular right now. I added my rose gold shoes mules and gold accessories to complete this look. I think this look is great for running around or when you’re spending time outdoors.
LOOK 2
How cute is this romper?! I love the little peek-a-boo, it gives this romper a sexy feeling. I have to different shoe options for you. The first one is a pair of black mules to make the outfit more casual. Then I added theses hot pink wedges for a playful look. I feel like both of these options are great for a day time look. This would be great for a lunch date or mimosas with the girls. Also, sandals would be a great pair as well. For a night time look, I would wear this romper with a pair of heels. I don’t have Navy heels so I would go for either a black or nude pair of heels. In these pictures, I wore a bra but you can see it peeking through the peek-a-boo (cheater lol). I tend to wear a bra to make it look like I have some boobs but I think for this I will just go braless. This AEO Knot Keyhole Romper is still available in Large and X-Large.
LOOK 3
This is my easy on the go outfit! I am one of those people who gets ready at the last minute, so I need those go to outfits. I basically took the first outfit and switched the skirt for a pair of jeans. I also added this cute Vera Bradley blue and orange bag (Go Gators!) to add a pop of color to this look!
LOOK 4
This is by far my favorite Gingham purchase! I love everything about this dress, the ruffles, the bell sleeves, the cold shoulders and the length is great. The dress is a bit too big but it’s not noticeable. l This is my go to dress for events such as weddings. I can’t wait until it gets a bit cooler, which is in the 80s for Floridians so I can wear this more. I think these cute red lace up sandals add some fun and excitement to the dress. I took the look a bit further and added these shades of pink earrings, I think it adds a great touch. Depending on what type of event I’m going to will depend on how much color I will wear.
Also, I love this dress because it makes me want to dance!
