DesixKaty Dose of Colors Review

Youtube Beauty Guru Desi Perkins and Katy better know as LustreLux collaborated with Dose of Colors. This was Dose of Colors first collaboration. Desi & Katy are two of my favorite beauty gurus. They are so talented, down to earth, and hilarious. This was my first time ordering from Dose of Colors and I’ve always heard great things about their products.

I thought the process was very simple when ordering, they had a quick add to cart button for each item or the entire collection. There was a glitch with the Eyeshadow palette when customers were trying to click on the page and adding it to the cart, it kept saying sold out. I thought Dose of Colors was well stocked, they didn’t sell out within an hour. Of course, people had shipping problems such as wrong items or broken product and I saw so many people on social media who were so impatient with getting their order. I think that most of us are all spoiled with Amazon’s 2-day shipping and we need to be reminded that shipping takes a while, especially with high volume. We should understand that when thousands of people are ordering at the same time and that company has to mail thousands and thousands of orders, IT TAKES TIME, THINGS HAPPEN! Yes it sucks or it’s disappointing but with these types of collaborations or makeup launches, we have to be aware that there will be hiccups.

ANYWAY, back to the DesixKaty Collection. In the collection, there are 8 items: 1 eyeshadow palette, 2 highlighters, and 5 lip products.

The Girls eyeshadow palette is so beautiful. Desi and Katy wanted something different that could go with your favorite transitional palette. There are 4 beautiful shimmer/metallic eyeshadows for that extra pop. Each shade is named after both Desi and Katy’s dogs. The eyeshadows are very pigmented, creamy and versatile. It is recommended to apply these shadows with your finger for the best color payoff but I have seen videos of beauty gurus using a brush and the results are amazing! This palette is $28 USD.

IMG_1566IMG_0913IMG_0916        In sunlight

  • Suz- is a bright champagne shade. This formula is to be used WET. Just add a drop of water to your finger or brush when using this. Suz is a great color for an inner corner highlight.
  • Noli- is a beautiful bronze color with gold reflects. I think this is my favorite shade just because I can wear this every day. I’ve literally been putting this on my lid, with nothing else and it looks so good.
  • Turbosan- is a purple, brown base (maybe a hint of red too), with silver shimmer reflects. This eyeshadow is perfect fall, you can pair it with Saváge, which you will see later, or a dark vampy purple or burgundy lipstick.
  • Harpoon- is a metallic cool green base with gold reflects. This formula is to be used WET. This shade screams FALL. When it comes to fall army green is everywhere. This will be great to match the camo sweater of yours.

These highlighters are beautiful! I’ve seen different reviews on beauty bloggers and YouTubers of different skin tones and some say it they love it and it works for their skin tones and others say that it’s too light for them especially Furgo which is the lighter highlighter. I have decided to pass on the highlighters because 1) I’m trying to watch how much money I spend (that I don’t have) and 2) I have 4 highlighters and decided I don’t have to have this lol. If I were to get one I would choose Mírame. The highlighters are $28 USD.

Screen Shot 2017-09-19 at 9.28.33 PM

  • Fuego- is a light champagne gold. This shade from what I can it’s more on the yellow gold side. This highlighter would be great for fair to medium skin tones. If you have a deeper skin tone you could use this to intense another highlighter (learned from Jackie Ania).
  • Mírame- is a rose gold highlighter. I think this looks good on all skin tones. If you are of a darker than a medium skin tone this will look amazing on you!

There are 5 lipsticks: 2 liquid lipsticks, 2 nude classic lipsticks, and a lipgloss. I purchased both liquid lipsticks and plan on buying 2 more items in the restock. The liquid lipsticks are $18 each, the nudes are $16 each, and the lip gloss is $15. Let’s start with liquid lipsticks!

  • Hot Fire- Is a fiery orange-red liquid lipstick with a velvet matte finish. This liquid lipstick applies smoothly. When the collection dropped this product was the first item I knew I had to have this. Hot Fire is way out of my confront zone! It is a bright orange color on me. I tend to go for darker lipstick shades. However, this color is beautiful. This color will be perfect for Spring/Summer.
  • Saváge- is described as a rich black base burgundy (black cherry) shade with a velvet matte finish. Dose of Colors liquid lipsticks is a “velvety high-fashion matte finish which envelops lips in a rich color.” So basically the finish is a matte but it is shiny like a lipgloss. I absolutely LOVE this lipstick!! This shade screams me! This color will be perfect for Fall/Winter, or if you’re like me every day.

Screen Shot 2017-09-19 at 9.01.00 PM

  • No Shade- is a light peachy nude with a creamy/matte finish. No Shade is great for someone who has a fair complexion and maybe a warm skin tone.
  • More Creamer Please- is a deeper nude with brown/peach undertone. More Creamer Please is great for someone who has medium to deep complexion depending on their preference.
  • Over The Top- Is a clear gloss with gold reflects. This lipgloss can be worn on its own or Over The Top of lipstick! Did you see what I did there?

That is the whole collection! What do you think? If you could only purchase one item, I would highly recommend The Girls Palette. It’s unique, it works great with other eyeshadows, it’s easy to use and blends well. The palette is so versatile, you can do daytime everyday look or a dramatic night look. For the restock I want to buy Over The Top and I am thinking about getting More Creamer Please.

Also, check out my friend Linda’s post from Linda Talks Beauty if you want to know more about the highlighters and other Dose of Color Lipsticks.

The restock for the DesixKaty Collection will be this Sunday 9/24/17 at 6pm PST on Did you get anything from the first launch? Are you wanting to buy something from the restock? Olay Daily Facials Daily Clean Review

Screen Shot 2017-06-09 at 9.56.36 PM
I first heard about these from an Instagram Ad and then I saw commercial for these. As I mentioned before, I don’t have a skincare routine. I use skin care products when I feel like I need them. What intrigued me about them, was when I do take off my makeup at night (I’m better about washing it off now) I just use Huggies Baby Wipes.  On days I wear more makeup than my everyday look, I notice the wipes weren’t removing all the makeup. I haven’t heard anything about these from any YouTubers and bloggers that I follow, so I thought I would still go ahead and give it a try. (Since I have purchased these about a  month ago, I have seen two bloggers have sponsor ads about these cleansing cloths.)

Product Info-

The Olay Daily Facials Daily Clean 4-in-1 Water Activated Cleansing Cloths are water activated cloths cleanse. It claims to have the feeling of a $100 spa facial. I have never had a facial before so I can’t say if this is true or not. However, my skin does feel amazing after using the Daily Clean Cloths. These textured cleansing cloths have the benefit of a scrubber, toner, cleanser, and mask to gently exfoliate the skin. It removes dirt, oil, makeup and even mascara. It works 2x better than a basic cleansing, and I totally agree with this statement. The face wipes combine a soap-free lather and active Olay conditioners to leave your skin clean, hydrated and smooth in less than one week. These are perfect for traveling when you are on the go, or for everyday use.  The Daily Facials are recommended for normal skin types. I have dry skin and these work great for me.

How it works-

The 4-in-1 Daily Facial Cloths are specifically textured, with soft cleansing pockets, to gently loosen up and lift away dirt, oil, and makeup. Your results are smoother skin in less than 1 week.
4-in-1 Formula
1. Cleanser – washes away dirt and make-up
2. Toner – essential cleansing formula tones skin
3. Mask – hydrates with essential Olay conditioners
4. Scrub – exfoliates to smooth skin’s surface

How to use it-

  1. Wet the cloth with water
  2. Rub together for a lather
  3. Cleanse (even around the eyes).
  4. Rinse out (for best results, and use cloth to wipe face)
  5. Throw away (do not flush)
It’s that simple! They suggest completing your routine to use Olay Complete Lotion All Day Moisturizer with SPF 15 for normal skin. I’ve used this moisturizer for years! At least a minimum of 5 years. I don’t use this at night but I do use this every single morning. You can find these pretty much everywhere. At Walmart, Target, Walgreens, CVS, Ulta, even Amazon. You can purchase either 33 cloth in a tub, or 33/66 cloths (not in a tub).
Sorry, I didn’t realize I couldn’t upload videos to my blog, with the plan I have. Here is the link!
I love these cloths! From someone who went from using just Huggies wipes to these cleansing cloths, I can tell a major difference. 1) when I wake up and wash my face, I’m not still removing makeup, 2) I do have dry skin so sometimes the Huggies does dry out my face. After using the Olay Daily Facials Daily Clean 4-in-1 Water Activated Cleansing Cloths, my skin feels smooth, hydrated, and fresh. I can’t wait to see how these hold up in the winter.
Have you tried these? If, so what are your thoughts? What do you use to remove your makeup?

Summer Must Have: Kopari Body Glow

I received my Kopari Coconut Body Glow in one of my Bless Boxes, and I am so glad it was in there. I am in love with this body glow! It is the perfect shine, shimmer and glow for that summer bronzed look. When I want to look EXTRA glowy (is this a word?). I put this under my Pro Glow foundation and I use it on my neck and shoulders. I rarely wear shorts so next time I do I’m going to put some on my legs. I was nervous trying this because of the Coconut smell. I’m sensitive to certain smells and I usually don’t like coconut. But the body glow doesn’t bother me. I smell it when I first put it on and I’ll get a whiff of it throughout the day but, it’s not a constant smell.  Kopari Coconut Glow is vegan, sulfate-free, silicone-free, cruelty-free, & paraben-free

Product Info:

The Coconut Body Glow contains natural pearlescent minerals to illuminate face and body. It hydrates and nourishes your skin but it’s also, lightweight and absorbs fast. It is $42 for a 3.4 oz bottle. (*Mine is not full size, I’m sure this is travel size. 1 oz/ 30 mL) It’s great for your skin if you have dryness, dullness and uneven texture, and have an uneven skin tone. This is from the benefits of Coconut Oil. I have heard the debate of using Coconut Oil for your skin is good for your skin and bad for your skin. They say it can clog your pores and cause breakouts. Most people with acne type skin tend to stay away from coconut oil.

“Since not all coconut oil is created equal, the source and processing greatly affect quality. Kopari’s coconut oil is sustainably sourced from the Philippine Islands and crafted to be ideal for everyone’s beauty routine. All thanks to its lightweight, hypoallergenic, straight-from-the-source purity, creamy texture, quick absorption, and sweet, yet subtle aroma. ” From

How to Use:

You can use this as an all over body glow or add it to lotion for subtle radiance or apply the oil to the cheekbones, collarbones, shoulders, decolletage and brow bones as a luminous highlighter. The way I use the coconut body glow is, I add the oil to my face before foundation, my neck,  collarbones, chest and shoulders with a brush. It up to you if you want to use your fingers to dab it on or a brush. I only use a brush because I tend to make a mess. 🙄

Be sure to shake the product before using for the shimmer. Also, watch the temperature of where you keep this.

Kopari Oil

On Kopari’s website out of 236 reviews, the Coconut Body Glow has a 4-star rating. 155 people rated this 5 stars and 17 people rated this 1 star. On Sephora’s website out of 26 reviews, the Coconut Body Glow has a 3 1/2 star rating and 5219 loves.

You can purchase this on or on What are your thoughts on using Coconut oil? Do you use it or stay far away from it?

Iluvsarahii x Colourpop Collab

If you don’t know who Iluvsarahii, she is a bomb makeup artist/beauty influencer. She started on Instagram and now she has a Youtube channel.

The Iluvsarahii and Colourpop collaboration include:

2 eyeshadow palettes (4 shadows each) $18 each – Chic-y and $aucey

3 Lippies $6 each – Ultra Stain Lip: 951; Ulta Matte Lip: Mamacita; Ultra Glossy Lip: Curvii

3 Lip pencils $5 each – 951, Mamacita, Curvii

You can buy the items separate or the whole kit for $60.00.

So I’m going to start with the two products I don’t have the Chic-y palette and the Ultra Glossy Lip in Curvii (I also don’t have any of the lip liners but those are the same color as the lippies). The Chic-y palette is pretty but it was something I was drooling over. I was tempted to purchase Curvii but I’ve tried peachy nudes before and it doesn’t look good with my skin tone.

Chic-y $18:

Is a pressed powder shadow palette. It has 4 shades of neutrals, pinks, and browns. There are both matte and metallic finishes.

Distressed: A matte vanilla

Vivacious: A metallic pink champagne

Freckles: A matte warm mocha
Noche: A matte black brown

Screen Shot 2017-06-01 at 10.52.46 PMScreen Shot 2017-06-01 at 10.53.03 PM

Curvii $6:

Is a light peachy nude in a crème finish. The gloss is medium coverage gloss with a creamy finish.

Here are the items I purchased:

$aucey $18-

Is a pressed powder shadow palette with 2 matte and 2 metallics of orange/coral, and purple. The shadows are super pigmented, smooth, soft, applies evenly, and easy to blend. The colors in the $aucey palette are gorgeous! I usually don’t wear colorful eyeshadows but I have a feeling I will be playing with $aucey a lot. This palette is very versatile, I’ve seen so many different looks on Instagram.

Heavy Glam: A vibrant duochrome orange with a pink flip
Chic Happens: A matte cool mauve
Lit: A vibrant metallic purple
Razy: A matte blackened plum

Both of these photos are in natural lighting. The top photo is in the direct sunlight, the bottom photo is in the shade.

Here is the makeup look I created with $aucey. I am not a makeup artist, but I like the way this turned out.

951 $6-

Is an Ultra Satin Lipstick,  with a creamy consistency and a satin finish. 951 a medium warm nude.  The pigmented lipstick is long lasting but is not kiss proof and it does transfer. I find this shade a perfect nude, it’s not too light and it’s not too dark.

Mamacita $6-

Is an Ultra Matte Lipstick. It is a beautiful deep burgundy. As soon as I saw this I knew, I HAD TO HAVE this. I love dark/deep burgundy lipsticks. I like this one because it has more of the purple tones but not a dark plum color. Mamacita is a thin lightweight lipstick, with a bold pigment, matte, long wearing, and transfer proof. Just be careful with the lipstick because it does smudge. I will say I’m not the best at putting on lipstick, so it could just be me.

April Bless Box Unboxing

I don’t want to be a negative Nancy, but April’s box was a huge disappointment for me. I was truly excited about one product. It’s not that the products aren’t great, it’s just that some of the products, I know I’m not going to use and other products I’ve gotten before. The boxes are starting to get a little repetitive. Also, shipping for this box was awful. I hate waiting on shipping! And paying for shipping, to be honest. I know there is a process, but I feel like it shouldn’t take that long for packages to ship. Anyways, I got my shipping confirmation on the 22nd and I didn’t receive my box until the 29th. I mean, what’s the point of it being April’s box, if we are getting it in May? To top it off, my Colourpop eyeshadow was shattered 😩😭😭 I think I was expected to be blown away and I just wasn’t. I have used every makeup/skin product in this box beside the SK-II Facial Treatment Essence. I’ve been blessed to have great skin, which means I’m the worst when it comes to using skincare. I only use skincare products when I need it. I am working on getting better at this. Anyways, I’ve been using everything else nonstop! The Kopari Coconut Body Glow, I use on my face under my foundation for that EXTRA DEWY GLOW. I love how my makeup looks when I use this. The Maybelline Master Strobing Liquid is so great for that subtle glow for a natural makeup look. The only negative for me is that when applying it with my fingers (which is suggested) my foundation is rubbing off. So I’m going to try using a brush next time.

Have you tried the SK-II Facial Treatment Essence? If you have, let me know how you use it? Do you use alone or with other products?

Deja Vu is a sheer matte finish, that gives you a blotted lipstick look (sheer) but you can build up the pigment. If you’re not sure who Alexis Ren is, she is an Instagram model.

  •  Alexis Ren x ColourPop Ultra Satin Lip: Bare Necessities $6- Is a peachy pink nude. It reminds of a liquid lipstick but with a satin finish.

  • Maybelline Colossal Big Shot Mascara $8.49- The Colossal Big Shot Mascara gives you fully loaded volume in one coat. 8 out of 10 people saw root to tip volume instantly. The Big Shot brush features unique, wavy bristles that cradle the lashes, while the collagen formula delivers bold volume. It comes in 3 shades: Very Black, Blackest Black, and Brownish Black. I can’t wait to try this!

  • Maybelline 24k Palette $11.99- The 24k Palette has 12 beautiful shades, being able to create 13 looks. I like that Maybelline created Quads, Trios, and Duos looks for us to recreate or inspire a great makeup look.

  • Coupon Codes- We received 2 coupon codes in this box. The first one is 15% off of any $35 purchase from Amika and then 20% off from Vital Proteins.

February’s Bless Box is estimated over $120.

When I opened the box I was very excited about it, especially compared to last January’s box. This box has so many great products. As I mentioned, I’ve been wanting to try a protein powder, I’m just scared I will spend a lot of money on one and not like it. So I’m glad that this box not only came with one but two protein powders to try. I can’t wait to try them and see if there will be any results.

If you read my last Bless Box unboxing, I mentioned how I don’t venture or use much hair products. I ended up giving the last hair products to 2 of my friends. I probably won’t use the hair products, but I may keep these just for the beautiful packaging. But maybe I can convince myself to try them.

I’m glad that Sazan chose to put in the Noonday Collection bracelet. Not only is their jewelry gorgeous but it has a wonderful meaning and does good in the world. To empower women and help people who are in need is something I find important. Now that I know about this company, I will be purchasing items from them.

I’m ecstatic about the Maybelline products! I’ve heard great things from beauty gurus about the Big Shot Mascara. I  really hope it lives up to its hype, seeing recently I am wearing mascara more. The Alexis Ren x ColourPop Deja Vu Blotted Lipstick gives a natural look to the lips. This is great for the days I don’t want a dark lip. For the Alexis Ren x ColourPop Ultra Satin Lip in Bare Necessities, it swatches beautifully on the skin but when it came to applying it on my lips, it was a no. The color looks very pale.

KBB Stylebox Unboxing

Knitted Belle Boutique is an online-only boutique located Overland Park, Kansas. Knitted Belle Boutique was founded by Carina out of the love for clothing, with fun prints and patterns for a unique look. I had the opportunity to collaborate with them on their KBB Stylebox.

KBB Stylebox is a one-time purchase box or a monthly subscription. The box contains clothing, accessories, skin/body care or gift chosen just for you by their stylists. All of the Styleboxes are different and each box has its own theme. How crazy, there are 14 boxes right now to choose from! From Bath and Body, Birthday, Candles, Easter, and Wedding, just to name a few. You can see the rest on The boxes range from $29.00-$99.00USD.

The box I received is the KBB Stylebox-Just For Fun (mini size). The mini boxes are $29.o0 plus free standard shipping for United States residents.

Now to the good stuff: Whats in the box!
  •  Gray & Black Cotton Socks. I got these really cute gray, black and white socks. It has a really cute frill at the tops and holes (design?) at the bottom of the socks. I would pair theses socks with booties or with a pair of heels.

  • Savvy Travelers Kleanupz Antibacterial Hand & Body Wipe. The wipe has a fresh scent, it soothes and restores the skin with the Aloe Vera and Vitamin E in it. The Kleanup2 moisturizes your skin and sanitizes it; killing 99.9% of germs.  This wipe is paraben free, eco-conscious, cruelty-free and the company is women-owned and made in California. This is something I would keep in my purse for a long drive traveling out of town or for a flight. You never know when you need to clean your hands.

  • Small Purple Pompom Keychain. Pompom keychains are such cute accessories. The pompom keychain has been a popular trend since last year and you will definitely still see this accessory in 2017. It adds a pop of color to your bag, wristlet or wallet. I’m going to have to hide this from my sister.

  •  Spongellé: Beyond Cleansing Coconut Verbena Infused Spongette. How to use the sponge? Place the sponge under water a squeeze to release a lather. Massage in a circular motion to cleanse, moisturize and restore the skin from neck to toe making the skin soft and youthful. Squeeze out excess water after each use. The  Spongellé is small and travel size friendly. Spongellé say it’s accepted on all airlines, there is nothing to spill, nothing to break. One Cleansing Infused Sponge can get 5+ uses. Making it great to travel with such as vacations, to the gym, or a beach trip. The Spongelle is hypoallergenic & dermatologist tested, vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. The key ingredients are glycerin, water, fragrance, yuzu extract, edelweiss extract, and vetiver root extract. It’s also made in the USA.

  • Finch Berry Soapery: Renegade Honey. Renegade Honey is a handcrafted vegan soap. *this vegan product does not contain actual honey** Finchberry Soaps are made from natural, food grade, gluten free, and vegan-friendly ingredients. You will not find any harsh chemical preservatives in their products. Their soaps are rich, has a gentle lather, cleansing and beautifully appealing. Finchberry Soaps did a really great job designing Renegade Honey, the top actually looks like a honeycomb, it is cream colored with amber flecks. The ingredients are purified water, saponified oils of organic olive, organic coconut, palm, shea butter, select essential and/or fragrance oil, rolled oats, mica. Renegade Honey smells so good, with a rich bitter almond and sweet honey scent. To me, the smell is loud (when I open the package, I can smell the soap) but it’s a subtle smell. I’m sensitive to loud smells and I keep sniffing the scent and it hasn’t given me a headache which is great. I can’t wait to try it.
  • Urban Spa: The Love-that-Lava Pumice. This is an everyday exfoliation. The Love-that-Lava Pumice is a cooled volcanic lava that is infused with magnesium, iron, and oxygen. Making this natural for exfoliating harden skin, rough spots, and build-up of dead skin. I NEED this for my feet! Use the exfoliator on damp skin, daily to reveal soft and smooth skin.

What I love about the KBB Stylebox is 1) there are so many different theme boxes to choose from. It’s great because you can get something different all the time. Or it’s great to give as a gift since you can choose which box you want. Since you have an idea of whats going to be in the box, you don’t have to worry about if they like it or not like other subscription boxes. 2) I like how you can choose what size box you want. They have 3 different sizes: mini, regular, or super size. 3) I also, like the fact that you can choose if you want the box as a one-time purchase or a monthly subscription. 4) If you don’t like the box, you can return the box (all of the items need to be returned) for store credit. This really shows that Knitted Belle Boutique really cares about their customers and their satisfaction. 5) FREE SHIPPING (US only)! Everyone’s favorite 2 words.

Though these brands are new to me, I am really excited to give these products a try. The ones I’m most excited about is the Urban Spa: lava everyday exfoliation, the Spongelle, and the Finchberry soap. I know how much my sister loves pompom keychains so I’m going to be nice and give that to her. I want to get the bath and body box or soap. Spoiler alert to any of my friends reading this, you will most likely get a KBB Stylebox for your birthday 🙂

You can get 25% off on your first Stylebox with the discount code: FirstBox. The KBB Stylebox ships to most countries, so make sure you check them out at

January Favorites

With all the great sales from December and January, I shopped so much.  Most of the items I’ve been using or wearing over and over. That why I decided to share my favorites for the month.

  • L’Oreal Infallible Pro Glow Foundation $12.99. This is my first time ever using drug store foundation (thanks to LustreLux) and OMG I love this foundation. I’ve actually been using it more than my Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation. Here is why I’m in love with L’Oreal Pro Glow, it makes my skin look dewy, radiant, and hydrated. This foundation is lightweight and creamy, it goes on smoothly, it’s long wearing (it says it last up to 24 hours), and has a medium coverage. The negative about the Pro Glow line is the color range sucks. There are only 12 shades to choose from. I use shade 211 “Creme Cafe”, it works for me now since its winter and I’m a ligher shade but once Summer comes and I’m tanner and this foundation won’t work for me. Another reason, I  don’t like about the foundation is the squeeze tube. I tend to make a mess, I would prefer a pump. If you have dry skin, I totally recommend this foundation.

  • Makeup Geek Contour Pan $10. The Makeup Geek contour powder is very soft and smooth, highly pigmented, and it blends out great. All of Makeup Geeks contours are Talc and Paraben free, cruelty-free, and vegan. The shade I went for is half-hearted. Half-hearted has a warm undertone and it best fitted for medium skin tones.

  • Morphe 12 NB- Natural Beauty Palette $14.99. 12NB is a nude, natural palette with 12 warm shades that are versatile. The eyeshadows are buttery and pigmented. In my opinion, the eye shadow works best with a primer.

  • Morphe 12S- Soul of Summer Palette $14.99. 12S has 12 shimmery everyday shades. I think if you purchase one, you should get both. Both palettes were a Christmas present from mom. That way if you want to glam up the matte shades with glitter you can, or use the matte shades for transition colors.

  • Kylie Matte Liquid Lipstick- True Brown K (Single Lipstick – $17, Lip Kit – $29). So I broke down and brought a Kylie Liquid Lipstick. 1) I brought some for my sister’s Christmas gift and 2) there was a holiday discount. The first time I wore it, it was awful. It was patchy, it made my lips super dry, they even started cracking and my lips were hurting. I don’t know what happen but I decided to try it again, and now I’m obsessed with it. True Brown K is a deep chocolate color, highly pigmented, it’s not drying at all and very comfortable on the lips. And True Brown smells good.

  • Kalos After Hours Soothing Night Cream $44. I recieved this After Hours Night Cream in my Bless Box. The night cream helps rehydrate and refresh your skin. It is great if you have dry skin or problematic skin. If you want a full review of this night cream click here.

Here I am wearing the L’Oreal Pro Glow Foudation, the MUG Contour, the Kylie Liquid Lipstick in Ture Brown K, the eyeshadow is from the Morphe 12S palette.

  • Vici Collection Pom Beanie $20. I’ve had the opportunity to wear this beanie. There have been a few days where it has been extemrely cold in Florida. This beanie not only kept me warm but I looked fashionable as well.

  • Peter Nygard Open Front Faux-Fur Vest $35. This vest is a size 6 petite and even though it’s large on me it doesn’t look big on me. I like how versatile this vest is. I’ve worn it with black jeans, blue jeans, and a dress.

  • Antonio Melani Lock It Snake Print Cross Body Bag $85. This is in my favorites because i love that its a crossbody, I love the structure and shape of this bag. And its just faboulos. I like that it’s not just a black and white snake print, i like how there is a off white grey color with some brown in there as well to give a unique look.

Sorry, I had to use the photos from the website on the last two items because I broke my camera. 😭 😭 😭

January’s Bless Box

My feeling for this January Bless Box is meh, it’s okay. It’s not that the box or the products are bad, there are a few products I won’t use. I am not a fan of hair products. I don’t use them, I am a shampoo and conditioner girl and that’s it. I know I’m not going to use the dpHuE products because I hate the smell of vinegar. I may try the hairspray and the Blow Dry Lotion. The whole point of Bless Box is to try new products. I’m not a fan of dark chocolate or almonds (I’m a picky eater, it’s a struggle) so I’ll give the bar to my mom. The notepad is really cute, I just have so many from school career fairs and conferences. But, I will use it to write down my goals for my blog.
